What counts as a manager seat?
A manager seat is an active manager in Sprutia — someone who runs 1:1s and owns the management loop for their directs. Individual contributors who only participate as reports do not consume a paid manager seat.
Are direct reports included?
Yes. Starter caps you at 1 manager and up to 5 direct reports. Team and Org include reports under each billed manager without a separate per-report charge.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Team is $24 per manager / month on monthly billing, or $19 per manager / month when you pay annually. Org is $39 monthly or $32 annual (per manager / month, billed annually).
How does the free Team trial work?
Every new workspace can try Team features for 14 days with no credit card required. After the trial, you can stay on Starter or upgrade to Team or Org.
